The Peperone chili cutter opens up a whole new taste experience by not grinding chili peppers, but cutting them very finely with the patented SchneidWerk® made of stainless steel and micro blades. This innovative technology releases essential oils, ensuring that the flavors unfold optimally. Dried chili peppers are processed together with their seeds, preserving their full heat and intensity. Made from fine, natural acacia wood, flavor-neutral borosilicate glass, and mouth-blown glass, each piece is unique. The generous grinding container offers plenty of space for spices, while the aroma protection cap preserves freshness, serves as a measuring aid, and keeps your work surface crumb-free.
