A swift and secure shipment is most important for us. For this we work with the shipment service provider DHL.

Delivery charges

From delivery within Germany is free of charge.
For orders under , the shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are €5.95. The shipping costs for deliveries to Austria are €13.95 and to France €14.95.

Delivery time

The delivery time within Germany is 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri). If the delivery time for a product differs, you will find this information in the product details and in your order confirmation. Please note that the dispatch time depends, among other things, on the availability of the products.

If you have selected prepayment as your payment option, your order will be dispatched once payment has been received. Please note the usual bank transit times.

Where is my shipment?

As soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, you will be informed by e-mail. You will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery via DHL shipment tracking. Registered customers can also view the status of their order in their customer account.
