INGREDIENTS:
100 ml olive oil
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp chili (more if desired)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp water
Freshly ground pepper
A pinch of Fleur de Sel
Herbs (rosemary or thyme, as desired)
PREPARATION
Mix the olive oil with the honey. Add the chili cut in the PEPE chili cutter. Stir in water and freshly ground pepper. Season with a pinch of Fleur de Sel and refine with herbs like rosemary or thyme if desired. Toss the grilled meat in it and let it marinate for at least two hours. Tip: The marinade can also be used to enhance delicious vegetables.
