Ingredients:
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
Black pepper
Bird's Eye chilies, dried
Tomato flakes, dried
Basil, dried
Sea salt, freshly ground
Preparation
For the herb mixture, mix black pepper, Bird’s Eye chilies, tomato flakes, and basil, and fill them into the DUOSPICE spice grinder. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, and honey with the spices ground in the DUOSPICE. Season with freshly ground sea salt. This delicious herb vinaigrette is particularly good with leafy salads.
